• If you don't pass the State Exam, Secretary of State says you may take the State Exam at any CPS testing site in the state once a calendar month, until you pass.
• Access to our Online Courses is good for two years. You may retake all or any portion of the Course, as you wish.
• There is no cash refund for Self-Study Online Courses.

NOTE: You are responsible to bring a separate check, money order, or cashier's check made payable to "Secretary of State" in the amount of $20 to re-take the Notary Public State Exam.
